Matcha Latte Won for me..

For the last month I’ve been trying some new organic products, therefore, I decided to give matcha latte’s a try to discover which was better COFFEE or MATCHA LATTE.. and guess what, the matcha latte won for me. I’ve always been a huge fan of healthy energy drinks that produce natural energy without making me feel anxious, with jitters, and with a headache.. TBH coffee would sometimes make me feel anxious and the energy wouldn’t last much + the bloating ya’ll (no thanks). My go to healthy energy drink has always been GREEN TEA, and I absolutely love it too, it always gives me the energy that I need and the benefits green tea has are incredible.

If you know me, I love challenges and I heard about the benefits Matcha had so I just had to give matcha latte’s a try and I did. (below you’ll find the product I use + recipe)

Matcha Benefits + Results

The results matcha gave me were surprisingly incredible, I was a lot more focused in the things I did throughout the day, and since I am quite the multi-tasker I noticed I was able to complete every thing in my day without feeling tired/low on energy and I was able to communicate with others while multitasking (I’d always ignore or forget what people said because multitasking).
Know what is like to know you’ve got a busy day ahead, you drink your morning coffee and WAKE UP, but throughout your day you start feeling some exhaustion… now if this ain’t you congratulations, coffee is good to you, but certainly not so good to me. I do enjoy a cup of coffee, but not the bloating it usually causes. The Matcha Latte is not only filled with amazing benefits, but I didn’t get any BLOATING, and it actually helped me lose weight as well.. 🤯

It’ll be worth it, and the only reason I absolutely believe it’s worth it, it’s because I tried Matcha for a whole Month and the results were AMAZING..I was more focused, energy increased, and lost weight..✨✨✨

Matcha Latte Recipe
– 1tbs Power Matcha (organic superfood powder)
– Organic Raw Honey (as much as you like)
– 8oz or more of Almond Milk (you may try water, coconut milk, rice milk etc;)
