Recently I have felt all emotions, but mainly stress, anxiety, and couldn’t quite catch sleep! Everything that’s going on with the Corona Virus Pandemic has probably made me lose sleep. Anyways, I had shared in my Insta Stories about my now GO TO FAVORITE latte that I now drink every day before going to bed, and I want to share it with you just in case you’re looking for something that will help you with stress, sleep, or anxiety.

YELLOW MELLOW Latte
Lately I have been using the Your Super products, and I have absolutely fallen in love with their products! I have been using the Yellow Mellow mix which helps with sleep, stress, and anxiety!
I love to make a quick and easy latte using the Yellow Mellow mix, here’s the recipe and ingredients:
My Yellow Mellow Latte – 1 cup of water/almond milk ( I use unsweetened almond milk) + 1tsp of Yellow Mellow Mix + organic raw honey (depends on how sweet you want it) + warm it up
